Dana Kjellsen, Chief of Staff

As K2’s Chief of Staff, Dana ensures the daily activities of K2 run smoothly. Dana is a U.S. Army Special Forces veteran with deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Africa as well as numerous NATO partnership exercise across Europe. He has been a part of the K2 family for 7 years and served as the Facilities Manager, Security Services Project Manager, and Security Services Program Manager before becoming the Operations Director.

Dana holds dual associates degrees from Sandhills Community College in Civil Engineering Technology and Surveying Technology. He also holds a Bachelors of Arts in Earth Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

His hobbies include hunting, orcharding, woodworking, and spending time with his family, experiencing the great outdoors, and living close to nature.
