Canine trainer courses

K2's Trainer courses offer education and training utilizing proven and modernized techniques to hone their skills and gain expertise in all areas of canine training. Through our courses, Trainers acquire the skills necessary to effectively turn green dogs into fully-trained, high-functioning detection canines.

K2's HME courses were developed to enable Canine Handler Teams to imprint on HMTD, TATP and other known HME components, as well as learn the tactics, techniques and procedures that accompany HME detection. K2 provides customizable, scenario-based training to detect IEDs, HME and booby traps.
